Marketing Manager, Sales
Mamut is looking for Marketing Managers for the Netherlands, Germany/Austria and Spain. You will be responsible for the planning and execution of marketing activities. The position involves close co-operation with the Sales department as well as the responsibility for setting up the budget for your territory’s marketing activities.
You will have the following responsibilities:
- Responsibility for marketing budget and development of the marketing plan
- Operational responsibility for marketing activities
- Contribution to developing Mamut’s brand
- Analyse, evaluate and report on sales activities
- Identify new sales channels and possibilities, while also improving existing channels
- Co-ordinate marketing activities across all departments in the company
Qualifications:
- Higher education in business and/or marketing. Significant relevant experience may compensate for lack of the desired qualifications.
- B2B sales experience of products / services is desirable
- German, Spanish or Dutch as mother language, and good command of Norwegian and English
- Good knowledge of PC, software and the internet
- Extremely good written and verbal communication skills
- Interest in and knowledge of ERP and CRM systems and internet services will be an advantage
- Excellent team player
- In addition, you should be structured, detail oriented and efficient. You take the initiative, and it is important that you thrive in a challenging, professional environment where a high tempo and deadlines are a part of your normal working day.

Writer/Translator
Mamut’s international operations are expanding and we are now looking to employ Writers/Translators who will engage in the development of product documentation/localisation for new markets. We are particularly looking for candidates with a substantial knowledge of the Dutch, Danish, Spanish, Norwegian, English or Irish, German or Austrian markets and with native language skills. You will be localised at the headquarters in Oslo working closely with the rest of the international team of Writers/Translators. The company languages are Norwegian and English.
You will be an important contributor to the further development of our user documentation. This involves working with the financial and accounting functionality as well as CRM and E-Business. Thus, the position requires either experience from development or the use of similar products locally. You are analytical and have high capacity for work.
Our Content Team is producing documentation in help files, interactive CD’s, printed manuals and FAQ’s for the Internet. As our Writer/Translator, you will write original documentation, update existing documentation, and translate existing Norwegian, Swedish or English documentation to your language.
We are looking for a candidate with relevant experience and the potential of becoming an expert in our accounting software. We hope to find a candidate with accounting experience or education. The right candidate has professional experience with MS Office products, Windows operating systems and preferably knowledge of help authoring tools. Some experience with software development will be considered an advantage. You are a problem solver with great communication skills and perhaps teaching experience. You can read and write English and Norwegian.
